"Decent production, but the sound got tiring"
The production itself looked good, so I’ll give it that. But the sound was hit or miss, and after a while I just got tired of trying to focus through it. I could hear most of what was going on, but it wasn’t always clear, which made the whole experience feel a bit more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"Fun parade!!! But wow... so crowded!!"
I went for the parade it was a really nice vibe!! Loved seeing everyone out and enjoying it together... but it got seriously packed in some spots!!! Like, hard to move around packed. Also, the info from the stewards wasn’t always super clear, which was a bit frustrating?? Still, overall, I had a decent day!!

"I took the train and it was a..."
I took the train and it was a really simple walk from the station, so that was a relief. My mate drove and said the parking info on the site actually helped him find a spot nearby without too much hassle. Getting in and leaving was smooth too, which made the whole day feel way less stressful than I expected.....

"Shockingly clean for such a massive event"
Went to Birmingham Pride i was weirdly blown away by how clean it was. Like, I was expecting the streets to look like a disaster zone with that many people around, but nope — bins were everywhere and staff were constantly picking up litter. For such a busy event, it stayed ridiculously tidy. Genuinely made me happy to see it being looked after so well.

"Access support was actually really good"
I was a bit nervous about going, but the access information was easy to understand and sorting out the disability support didn’t feel like a hassle at all. The staff were really kind too, which made a big difference for me. That said, I do think some kind of compensation or discount would be fair when extra planning is needed, but overall the support itself was good

"I had a fun time at Birmingham Pride..."
I had a fun time at Birmingham Pride and it was great seeing so many different people out enjoying themselves. That said, I did feel like some parts of the community could’ve been represented a bit more. At times it seemed like the bigger acts and the main crowds got most of the attention, which is understandable, but I would’ve loved it to feel a little more welcoming across the board. Still glad I went, I just hope next time it feels more inclusive for everyone because it just felt..

"Friendly security team"
Security was really friendly and helpful. I noticed little things, like how they actually looked up and greeted people instead of just waving everyone through, and they gave clear directions without making me feel rushed. Small detail, but it made the whole visit feel a lot smoother.

"Helpful info, though I remember waiting a bit"
From what I remember, Birmingham Pride’s communication was straightforward. The important updates were clear enough, and I don’t recall having to search around much for the basic details. I do remember a couple of replies taking longer than I’d hoped, although once they got back to me, the answers were useful. Not flawless, but it made planning a lot easier overall.

"Easy on my phone, unlike some apps"
I found everything super quick on my phone with no hassle at all, which just makes me more annoyed at other sites for making this stuff so difficult for no reason.
"Nice people, maybe just caught them at a bad time"
The staff and volunteers I spoke to were genuinely friendly and did try to help whenever I asked questions. A couple of people seemed really on top of things, while others weren’t totally sure what was going on. It wasn’t bad by any means, just felt a bit scattered in places. i think I may have just turned up at an awkward time when things were a little hectic.
"Friendly crowd, almost suspiciously so"
I felt really welcome straight away, honestly. Everyone was so friendly and the community vibe was proper nice — maybe a little too nice at first, like I was half wondering what the catch was. But yeah, overall it felt like a good place to be.

"The ticket price felt fair to me…"
The ticket price felt fair to me, considering all the acts and the overall vibe of the day. Food and drinks inside were maybe a little on the pricey side, so it wasn’t totally perfect. But i still had a great time and would probably go again.

"I had a genuinely fun time…"
I had a genuinely fun time and thought the acts were great. You can tell the performers put a lot of effort into what they do, they deserve a crowd that shows up, enjoys it, and treats them with basic respect. I’d definitely go again...

"Lovely mix of stalls and genuinely friendly sellers"
I had a really nice time wandering around Birmingham Pride and checking out the market stalls. It was one of those places where you can just take your time, have a browse, and not feel rushed or pressured into buying anything, which I always appreciate. Most of the vendors I chatted with were really friendly and easygoing, and it made the whole experience feel welcoming. I ended up picking up a few little bits while I was there, and the prices seemed fair overall. There was a good variety too, with food, handmade crafts, pride-themed items, and a few stalls that were just fun to look through. It had a nice atmosphere, plenty to see, and I would definitely be happy to go again next time.

"I bought my Birmingham Pride tickets online…"
I bought my Birmingham Pride tickets online and it was mostly fine, to be honest. The site loaded okay and the confirmation email came through quickly, which I appreciated because I really don’t have the patience to be waiting around for that stuff. The only thing that got on my nerves was the checkout on my phone, it felt a bit clunky and slower than it needed to be. Still, I got the tickets sorted without any major hassle.

"Fun night overall... but wow, the bar queues!!!"
I had a decent time overall, to be fair!! The event itself was good and the vibe was nice, but the bar service was soooo slow... like, it took ages just to get one drink!!! The staff did seem a bit overwhelmed, so I don’t fully blame them, but it definitely got frustrating after a while. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah... they really need to sort the bar situation out for next time!!

"So many food options"
I really liked the food and drink choices here, there was loads to pick from and not just the usual boring stuff. I grabbed some snacks and a couple drinks, and it was all easy tbh. Defintely a nice suprise

"Decent for kids, but not what we were promised"
The kids enjoyed parts of it, so it wasn’t a total miss, but we were disappointed. It was made out to be a more relaxed, family-friendly experience, and that just wasn’t the case. It got way too crowded and loud, and after being told it would be manageable for families, it felt like a broken promise

"Support took longer than expected"
I had to contact birminghampride.com about an issue with my order, and it ended up being more stressful than I expected. I waited longer than I thought I would for a reply and had to send a follow-up, which was a bit frustrating. To be fair, once they finally got back to me they were helpful, but I really wish the support had been quicker. Not awful, but not exactly a smooth experience either...

"The day was kind of spoiled by…"
The day was kind of spoiled by the basics not being handled well. The toilets were messy, the queue for water was way too long, and there really wasn’t enough seating. I thought about raising it with customer service, but I never really trust that they’ll do much beyond giving a generic apology.
